Congratulations on your purchase of a high quality Motor Home! There is a wealth of information in the Spartan forum, and in the Winnebago forum.
We purchased our Ultimate Freedom in 2013; purchased and extended service contract which paid for itself during the contract term.
The largest expense we've encountered since the contract expired in 2016 was having front shocks installed and a total alignment performed, about $600, which is not a covered expense in any extended service contract.
My next DIY repair is to install 2 new stabilizer shocks($77ea from Spartan), things do go bad when they are 18 years old.
