We have a dashboard unit with AA. We use it as a secondary navigation system. On local roads, the truck GPS "wins" any "disagreement." When they do agree, it's nice for the driver to be able to directly observe the distance to the next turn, traffic delays (at which Maps is much better than Magellan), and such. On interstate highways, we'll sometimes take the Maps route if it shows significant time savings and the paper Trucker's Atlas shows no reason not to use that route.
