"Avoid Toll Road" mode induces routing error

Meanwhile, is there a way I can allow a certain toll road while using "drag route"? It does not appear to allow this.

The above question is because of the subject error condition. My trip is from mid Colorado to Indiana, then Iowa, then Minneapolis.

One aspect of error condition is the trip segment from Erie Colorado to Johnson lake, Nebraska is missing. Another aspect is that an phantom erroneous blue segment from near Philadelphia to southern Maine also appears! Why is that?

If I hover over this erroneous phantom segment it turns red, just as all other good segments do.

When in error condition, the turn by turn instructions show CT state turns on the second trip segment (Erie CO to Johnson Lake), as seen in the attached.

The error condition only occurs when I select "Avoid Tolls" = NO. If set to YES, the routing is as expected, the south Chicago Tollway is avoided, the east coast artifact is gone, and the Erie to Johnson Lake segment appears as expected.

The error was only noted when I did a "Print Map".
