For What It's Worth...
The best printed and shareable report for me can be found by going to the Trip Tools (Wrench), clicking on Print and in the print box selecting one of the pdf printers listed rather than your own printer. This essentially creates a pdf file that you can file, print or share. The format, size and info is much better than the other available options - Email Itinerary or Export to Excel.

I like it also, I also like the export to calendar feature. I setup a trip calendar, export to it, if I make changes I delete the Trip calendar, create a new one and export again. It only works with Safari on the iPad....not on Chrome.
Pbucha - I agree. I have 34 stops going from Oregon to the Keys to AZ and the map does not show enough detail. But not sure what would on a regular 8-1/2x11 page.
