I have been using RV trip Wizard for the last year i have been planning a trip across USA starting 30th August this year. I have loved the programme and all the great plans I am making. However For the last few days out of nowhere it has been changing my start date every time i log on which then messes up all the remaining dates over the 9 weeks! I have emailed customer services and they have been trying to fix it with no luck. They have given me a month free subscription but i don't want compensation i want it working.... any ideas?

I reported the exact same problem in a post called: RV Trip Wizard keeps changing my start date - by itself. They're working on it. But the quickest "work-around" for me was to change the first date back to the original start date. It has not lost data and and it kept the number of nights you want to stay at each destination (at least that's what mine was doing). So correcting the date puts it all straight.
Another suggestion is to keep an eye on it while you're building your itinerary. Mine changed once while I was working and had not closed the app -- it just changed. My start date is 6/7/2019 and it always changed to a September date.
