we are on a 3 month trip. the last couple legs needed to be modified, and i updated/deleted previous stops that needed changed. Now ive lost most of the distance calculations and the highlighted route on the map.

Log out and back in, perhaps screen hasn't refreshed. Make sure you have good internet.
Support can restore the trip if it's really botched. Make a copy of it before you start messing with it again.
