Distance circles

I have a multi-stop trip entered. I would like to move the distance circles back to an already entered stop to enter a new stop to reduce the miles between stops. Can I move the distance circles back to an already entered stop?

Distance Circles

I tried left and right clicks on map and on list of stops, without moving distance circles to the desired stop. Could I have one of the setup settings wrong?

Can you help by listing your operating system and web browser? It seems that information could help to debug your issue. Left clicking on the stop in the left-hand panel usually works for me, using linux Mint Cinnamon and Firefox.

On the map click on the campground, or feature icon. When the popup window opens click on the little circle icon in the upper right.

Double click on the map icon. Then click on show entire trip.

Jon, did you get your issue resolved?
It works as others have said. Using Chrome, open a multi leg trip in TW. Left click on the stop where you want the distance rings centered. The map view will zoom in on that stop. Zoom out to see the distance ring(s) centered on that stop.

I'm also using RVTW on a Windows (8.1) operating system and using Chrome. I am also not having issues with distance circles showing on the stops I choose. So just a quick comment. 1) Make sure that your Defalt Settings (Routing and Driving) under your account name in the upper right corner of your screen, as well as your Trip Settings (Routing and Driving) under the Wrench Icon on the left of your screen both have Driving Radius Enabled. I.E.: Dont select "Don't show a radius" on either settings dropdown. If both of these settings are correct, you should then be able to hover your mouse over the selected stop, then move your mouse over the box that appears for that stop, and click on the "driving radius" button in the top right corner of that box. Doing that should establish that stop as the center of the radius circle as you've set it up in Settings. If that's not working, I'd work thru your issue with the RVTW helpers.

Also, I meant to add in my last reply that I enable "Hover for stop details" in the General User Information dropdown in my Default Settings so that the More Details box pops up for each stop when I hover my cursor over that stop.

Thanks to all that responded, I have now learned how to move the center of the distance circles to the location I desire.

The issue I am having with the circles on IE, Edge, Chrome and Safari using Windows 10 and Apple iOS on a MacBook Pro is that the circles do not display per the parameters set. I set the circles to 150, 250 and 350 miles. Started a new trip and the furthest circles is over 581 miles. I completed a contact us form and pretty much received a garbage response back from them telling me that I need to do what I did and outlined having done in the contact us form.

If you did not tell them you did these things you probably received the standard answer back.

The radius circles are based on straight line distance while the driving miles are based on the roads driven. No road is very straight and that is why you are seeing the discrepancy.
