Entering ACTUAL fuel cost in TripWizard

New at this. Can you enter actual cost of fuel and not have it default to full tank and estimated how much you would have used per trip leg? TIA!

Clarifying question: Are you trying to track fuel usage and expense as you travel? If yes, I don't think RVTW is set up for that functionality. It's set for planning beforehand as I understand it, therefore the setting of a single average cost per gallon. If you do want to track actual fuel usage and expense, I use an app on my Android phone for just that purpose. It's called Fuelio (I'm sure there are others.) and it's very easy to use and presents all the data you'd need to track. Hope this is helpful.

The fuel feature is designed to estimate your fuel cost for each leg of your trip and to help you determine where you will need to add fuel along your route prior to taking your trip.
There is a project planned to rebuild the fuel feature that will include a way to record actual fuel cost. I use a separate app to not only record actual fuel cost but also to keep track of maintenance and repair as well.
In the mean time you can record your actual fuel usage and cost in the stop notes where you add fuel.
