Exporting Trip To GoogleCalendar.

Has anyone successfully done this recently?

When I select Export Calendar, copy the URL, enter it into a new Google Calendar, the calendar never shows my trip.

Selecting Export Calendar, saving the file and then creating a new calendar in Google does work. But that is not what I want to do. I had hope by using the RVTW URL provided would provide updates to the Google Calendar as I make any changes to my planned itinerary.

Thanks in advance for any help. I also sent a help request to RVTW via their web site.

I reported this as a bug. Another approach, though this doesn't use the calendar is if you use Visitor View the URL is continuously updated when you make changes.

Hi, any updates? I had used the URL to add it to google calendars. After I made updates to the dates on a stop in RV trip wizard, they don't show up in Google Calendar.

I deleted the calendar from Google calendar, then exported the calendar in RV trip wizard to a URL, and added a new calendar into Google with the URL.

It is showing the "old" data, same as the original export. It appears that with each export, the URL does not change.

1) has RV trip wizard updated it yet so that the URL will show live data (most URL calendars DO show real-time information)?

2) if #1 is false, is there a way to generate a new URL when exporting the calendar so that it has the newest trip data?

They are looking into it now. It is confusing to keep 2 threads open on different systems for the same problem. The Help Desk has more resources that can look at and research the problem, I would let them work on it.

Any update on a solution to this problem? It still is not properly updating calendar. It will load information into calendar but will not update when changes occur
