I just got a new ANDROID 15 ZIOVO model Z168 tablet to use in the motorhome. I build all my trips in trip wizard. When I open any trip on the tablet it takes me to Dallas Texas. If I go to RV safe GPS and build the same trip on the tablet it runs OK, but it is not the same route as I built. So question #1 is why Dallas and #2 is can I change the route to use an other road with RV safe GPS ? PS. the GPS on the tablet shows my location OK. Thanks for any help. Clyde

This is caused by not having your Location set in the App.


Go to the App

1. In the RV LIFE Mobile app, Tap person icon in upper right corner.
2. In Profile & Account Settings -> Edit Profile -> Location
3. If prompted Don’t Allow or Allow, choose Allow.
4. Save the settings, even if not prompted.
