Marked Highway with exclamation mark

A part of my route is colored orange (?) with an exclamation mark. It is an Interstate Highway (I-540) in Arkansas and (I-40) in Oklahoma. At my next stop there is a comment "No route available without a tunnel."
It does not indicate where the tunnel is, or if there are any height/width restrictions. The road stretches from Neosha, MO to Oklahoma City, OK.

So many of my selected stops are labeled "No route available without an unpaved road" that I have de-selected that option. That does no help in trip planning. The "Avoid Highways" option is understandable to me.

I was able to duplicate. You have "Avoid Tolls" selected as well. No doubt avoiding the tolls is taking you through a tunnel somewhere. Turn off Avoid Tolls.

So the Routing Options are not much help in determining the roads to take?
Note, I have traveled that road before and didn't see any tunnels.
The exclamation point is useless if we don't know what it is indicating.

The Bobby Hopper tunnel is what is referred to. It's on 49, about 40 miles north of Ft. Smith.

Needs a fix

This remains my main peeve with RVTW.

While I can eventually figure it out by successive iterations of screen zooms, the actual location of a bad spot is something that an appropriate algorithm design would eliminate. If a section of poor road or an unavoidable toll is known, it should be more clearly identified as to location, not a vague mention in the itinerary.

Also, please stop referring to the itinerary on the left half of the trip screen as the “trip drawer.” It is an itinerary, which is a common and well-understood term for a list of waypoints or stops on a trip.

It is not just RVTW.

We make a yearly summer trip from the Phoenix area to the Texas Gulf Coast to enjoy the warm Gulf water but I always get a trip warning from Google Maps telling me that there are tolls along the road. We have made this trip perhaps 5 or 6 times and there are no tolls, but I still get the warning.

I suppose the issue is the data that the navigation apps use, but don't have any idea why the data is not corrected. When traveling I have been told to turn on to roads that don't exist, to drive through people's back yards, to get off the Interstate, only to be told to get back on as soon as I get off, and to take routes that I know are wrong for an RV. I was once told to drive my Class A and toad across an old wooden bridge that was not rated for half the weight of our RV and once taken to a series of dirt and gravel switchbacks that I would not drive except in a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
