Missing Trip Segment

I am creating a trip in RV Trip Wizard & cannot get it to link up trip segments. I entered major trip segments(Kalispell, Spokane, Salt Lake City, Albuquerque, Houston) & then started putting in between stops. CAN NOT get it to recognize the route between Spokane & the next stop. The route goes from Kalispell to Spokane, then starts again at the next stop. In the trip planner it will not put in the mileage & hours to the stop after Spokane. (See screenshot) I have deleted stops before & after, and re entered them, made sure that when I entered the stop after Spokane, it showed the mileage on the popup of the campground. All to no avail. HELP!

I can recall seeing something like this happen once or twice in the past, but I don't recall the exact circumstances. Recollection is that it was some spurious application or connection related issue that ultimately cleared itself. I've not had a reoccurrence in quite a while. Sorry I can't give you anything more concrete than that. Hopefully the RVTW experts can advise you what to do to clear your issue..

There are 3 things to try.


1. Clear your cache
2. Logoff/Logon
3. Copy the trip


Generally one of these should resolve the problem.
