No pop up on "Send to GPS"?

I'm new to RV Trip Wizard. Created some trips on my Windows laptop and tried to load to GPS (for Google Maps) to ultimately send to my iPhone. When I select the GPX file button, the file loads down to the corner of my screen, but I don't get the pop up the instructions say I should. I enabled pop ups from RVTW (in Google Chrome) and still don't get it - can anyone help?

It can be done...buy why? Your subscription includes the RV LIFE GPS & Campgrounds app which automatically reads your RV Trip Wizard trips, AND it's RV Safe....Google is not.

Thanks pbucha. I guess I have a lot more to learn about this app. I was able to put a trip together on my home PC, but I don't understand how to "take it with me" on the road. I thought that what I was trying to do was the only way (if I didn't have any of the GPS devices specifically mentioned).
