Pepwave BR-1 Mini and RV Trip Wizard issues

Hello,
Our pepwave BR-1 mini router works great except for when I try to use RV Trip Wizard. Trip Wizard loads but when I try to Seward for a location, I get an error message that it can’t be found.

If I connect to a different hotspot, it all works fine. I think it’s a setting in the pepwave but I don’t know for sure. Has anyone had this issue when using a pepwave router and RV Trip Wizard?

I've been using RVTW from my Pepwave Max Transit for a couple years now. Not a single issue that I could find related to the Max using a cellular.



What are the differences between the cellular signal on the BR and the other hotspot? Different cell service, same sim, just switching between the two. What cellular antenna do you have connected to the BR? I have my Pepwave's antenna mounted on my batwing antenna so I can raise it a few feet to try to grab better signal when necessary.
