Pin Icon H and S

I am planning a trip and at campgrounds where I have already put into the trip show up with an icon "H" and and icon "S". No information in the pin icon legend.

I've seen in the past where a CG name or address I input would not match up with CG information in the RVTW database, and that would result in not having a tent icon, or a Park Icon button for the listing. Sometimes that's because that CG just is not in the database, but most of the time it's just a mismatch issue where removing filters or just searching a city or locality allows you to find the CG listing that does reside in the database. If you go to the area on the map where you believe the CG is located and just remove all filters, you'll probably find it, and you can use that listing to replace the one you have already put in your itinerary.

Those are normally waypoints you created rather than actually selecting a campground icon and then adding it to your trip.

You can put in any address and add it to a trip. That generally results in a waypoint (red circle with a letter).

You can enter the name and address of a campground too, but you want to find the blue/green icon, select it and then add it to your trip rather than using an address entry.

Those are Custom Stops you created by right-clicking. They normally inherit the first letter of the primary word. For example, "Near Rockford, IL." should give you an "R".

Actually, I have selected these campgrounds in exactly the same way as the others. I've even deleted the first icon and the same thing happened again.

Hard to say why it would do that. If you click on a blue/green campground ICON and select add to trip then they should not be red with letters.

If you pick a campground, or any other point, other than selecting a campground identified with a blue/green tent ICON then it will be red with a letter.

I'll guess you have saved the trip closed your browser and restarted the browser and re-opened the trip. Maybe if you haven't something would get cleared up in the trip planner and get you back on track.

I found the problem. When I was search for a Campground such as a campground near a POI, I didn't realize I had to zoom into the campground icon; it was often hidden. All fixed now.
