POI Not Working

I signed up yesterday for the 7 day free trial. When I click the POI icon nothing happens. Does the POI not work during the 7 day free trial?

Everything is fully functional in the first 7 days. You don't say where specifically you are clicking, there are a few possible answers, depending on where you clicked.

Click on the turquoise Research tab on the right side to open the tray.
Click on the Points of Interest tab.
Select some POI's.
Close the Research tay,
Now click the Show/Hide POI's button (second from the left) to show you them.

You may want to click Help (in the Trip tray), then Video Support and watch some of the videos to help you get started.

I have been using this for about 18 months. POI stopped working for me too. The parks tab works but the POI and Hazards tabs do not.

For POIs you need to be zoomed in enough. There is a warning on the middle upper of the map if you are not. You also need to click the RED Search for POI button on the bottom center.


Also make sure the green POI button on the upper right.

Thanks Sue46, I was not zoomed in enough. Silly me. I expected the parks and the POI's to be visible at the same zoom settings.
