Don't know if I can help or not, but can you state for everyone what equipment you are using, operating system, etc? It could have an influence on what you are seeing.
EDIT: On 2nd thought, you're probably better off stating your issue to the Help Desk with all the requisite data. You're more appt to get a better response from them. Go to the Help Tab in your Default Settings drop-down.
