RV Life app losing login info since recent update of app

My RVLife app updated around August 5th on my iPhone and now doesn't remember my login information. Its getting pretty annoying to lookup my info each time and type it in, I have done the usual, shutdown of the phone each time and nothing changes. And even though it says it found me once I type in my email address, wants me to input my Name again and also my coach information like it didn't really find me. I cannot get past the name input, but the coach info lets me past after it asks a question each time.



It never did this prior to the August App update. -Bill

I agree, the latest update somehow busted the app. It wants me to log in, but then it insists I do something to my profile, which I'm unable to do. Then, I can't view my trips, etc., because I can't log in. Went back to Google Maps for now.

Similar here. When I try to access RVTW I just get the advertising about RVTW. No trips.

Right. To be clear, I can still use RVTW on the web, but it's busted in the app. A shame, really, because most recent app updates have been significant improvements.

Whoops, I just re-launched the RV Life app, and now Trip Wizard is working. No idea what changed, but it changed for the better.

I have no issue opening the app or RVTW on my phone.

What about a problematic OS update? Maybe just delete and reinstall the app if having trouble.

I had already done that prior to posting. It also does the same thing on my iPad which doesn't have the newest iPad OS yet but does have the Aug 5th app update. Oh well. Not hearing anything from the folks that know yet. -Bill

I too had some issues with log in on iRV2 three days ago. I figured out that when the last update hit, it grabbed an email address that I had on the RV Trip Wizard. When my wife retired we set up a common email that both of us have interest in.
