RV Life app mixed up two waypoints but RVTW did not?

I was planning a trip in RVTW and selected a KOA north of Atlanta we've used before. But then we found it had closed in January. So I found one close by, Harvest Moon, and added it to the trip after the KOA. The distance from the KOA to Harvest Moon was 11 miles. Since 11 miles was close enough to the now-closed KOA I deleted the KOA.

RVTW does display the trip correctly.

But when I fired up RVTW from within the RV Life app I see that RV Life thinks Harvest Moon is only 11 miles from the previous stop instead of 172 miles as it should be.

Somehow the RV Life app still thinks Harvest Moon RV Park is 11 miles north of the now-deleted KOA waypoint, yet RVTW displays the trip correctly.

Also, I submitted two bug reports from the RV Life app tonight and that crash may be related to this.

I tapped the right-hand arrow thing next to Harvest Moon in he RV Life app and tapped View RV Friendly Directions. Building Routes shows up but shows no progress and the the app crashes.

I'm guessing that Building Routes is trying to use some remnant of the now-deleted KOA and thus it cannot build the directions.

Hope this makes sense...

Ray

PS: The RV Life app shows 26.74 MB of Cache data so this may be where the KOA remnants resides. I have not yet cleared the app cache pending hearing back from you in case you want to try something else.

I had a similar issue with the building routes and my iPhone running ios 14.5 which is currently beta. They upgraded the app and it solved the issue. Are you using the latest version of the app?

Yes, and thanks for reminding me that I should have mentioned this is occurring on Android 10 on a Samsung Galaxy S9+

The Building Routes crash is just an annoyance and the fact that it's lying about the distances is the main concern.

Well, a week after posting that I decided to clear the app cache in RV Life. No change. It still thinks it's 11 miles away when it should be 172 miles.

I got the app update yesterday and the Building Routes error is fixed but there was no change in the erroneous distance.
