Hello. I subscribed for the first time this year to RV Trip Wizard. I was having problems with maps updates and sent them an email. No answer. I have another question about fuel warning which I will post in separate thread. I pressed the button within RV Trip Wizard for support and ended here. Is this the official support group for the software? Or don't they offer any support ?

When you are talking about "map updates" are you talking about the actual map (Google map) or information about a stop like telling them information about the stop is not accurate?
You go to Help/Contact Us. I have generally gotten replies fairly fast. Try again. It is generally better to check with Community Support first if you are having a problem.
I did. No response. I will be trying again in a few minutes about the Fuel Warning not working. It is odd that a supplier deflects support to a website such as this one UNLESS this website is paid by the company to do such support.

I did figure out my problem the following day. I was adding way points to the map and the fuel cost for the entire trip was not updating. I did write to the company a question and I never got an answer. I wanted to call them. There is no phone number on the website.

Most vendors have a Community Support Forum that provides support. The user population has a greater experience base overall than the vendor and a majority of the questions can be answered by others. Most people are very willing to share their knowledge and experience.
