Hi. Relatively new user to RV Trip Wizard. Love it.
I've prepared 3 or 4 Trips now, and I would like to save a Custom Stop which I've saved in one Trip an be able to recall and use that saved stop in another existing Trip or a future yet-to-be created trip. These would be customs stops like Relatives, or Friends addresses or favorite businesses, etc. so I can insert them into my Trip and route directly to them. I looked for a place to save them but can't find a "storage" area for this functionality. This seems like a basic feature which should already be available What do you other experts do? Does or will RVTW offer this functionality now or in the future? Do you maintain an "address list" in your e-file system on your that you have to jump out to to get get saved custom stops?

Common request. I hear there are some "favorites" mechanisms in the works. Favorites exist in some form or another in Campground Reviews and the RV LIFE app, just need a way to implement that into RVTW. My guess is, it won't be too long.

Thanks PBucha. I hope someone also posts what tricks they use to save their favorite stops in the meanwhile before RVTW developers employ that favorites feature; I believe that's an ease-of-use feature most users would welcome.

About the only way I know how to do what you want, for the time being, is to create a "Favorites" trip to include all your custom stops (with full addresses). Doesn't matter that you'll never travel this trip, but you will have all your Stops that you can copy the details for over to your active trip when you need them. A lot fewer keystrokes that way. You just have to copy and then paste the details from one trip to the other. Or, maybe simpler, keep all your Favorites data in a Word or Excel file for even quicker transferring.

If it is a campground that is on the map you can declare the campground a favorite and campground reviews will remember this for you. It will be displayed on the map with a red heart.

Thanks. I'll try both suggestions and see what works better for me. 1) Favorites Trip and 2) Spreadsheet. It's for stops which are not campgrounds. Mostly personal addresses that once I type in, I don't want to find and type in again. I'll either cut/paste from the Favorites Trip, or I'll cut/paste from a file on my cloud drive. I'll be on the lookout for a new favorites feature with RV Trip Wizard in an upcoming version.

I think a way to save custom stops would be fantastic.

I would really like to have the ability to save personal listings.

I attend dog shows which are often at the same locations but different times of the year.

I also want to be able to search for, say, "Whole Foods near this RV Park" or "Vitamin Shoppes near this" or "Emergency Vets near me" or "Pet Friendly RV Parks near this location."
