Saving a trip locks up the program?

So, I finally decided to pay for this thing and give it a try. I'm using a laptop running linux Mint Cinammon OS, and FirefoxV66.0.5. I wanted to give it a real workout so I tried settting up a trip from San Jose, Ca to Glen Burnie, Md - I'm generally satisfied with the features but I ran into an issue that I can't accept: every so often everything would stop - a small red line would appear at the top of the window, slowly working its way across the window. I assume it's there because the software is saving the data to a file, but it gets to about the 99% spot and just sits there. The only way I've found to regain control is to reload the page, and the last entry made has been lost. That can be frustrating when it happens randomly, several times over a 30 minute session. Is it because of the length of the trip, or is something else happening?

You might try Chrome as well Alan, at least to see if you get any other results.

Locks up during usage...

I have been using RVTW for over a year without any problems, but in the last couple months the program has been locking up while using. After I close the site and restart it usually starts working. I have had problems even with multiple restarts/logins. When RVTW is working, it is my favorite planning program. I emailed support about two weeks ago without a response.

I am using a desktop Mac with safari. Not sure if my very slow Verizon connection is dropping data.

I am surprised they haven't responded, report the problem to them again. I know with RVTW and my PC a slow connection creates strange problems, not just with RVTW. I would try a different browser and a better connection.
