Trip around USA routing questions

what does ! mean
what does a gold color route line mean
when i drag a route, i end up with two paths and cant eliminate one
having trouble routing out west through key tourist sites
i am trying to stay on internets

Gold paths mean that one of your driving filters has restricted the path. Usually, it is "Avoid Tolls". Entrance fees to National and State Parks are considered a toll. We are trying to resolve this but have not ETA for its resolution. This causes you dragging problems also. You cannot drag a route to a restricted road. The easiest solution is to turn off your driving filters.

Two routes are created when you drag due to waypoints being created. A refresh and deleting the causal waypoints resolves the issue.
