Trip Planner

Hi folks. I am no newbie to trip planners but I have been trying for over a month to figure out the RV Trip Planner. First, every other app can find my location without any trouble but this one cannot. After I put my location in and my destination in, it will show hundreds of cg's along the way and down to the Yucatan peninsula and up to Alaska. Wonderful. If I zoom in to my driving radius they all go away. Adding or deleting filters seems to have no effect. If I tap on a campground while zoomed out, the map zooms in and the campgrounds disappear. How on earth can a planner like this work?

This is almost always a case of over filtering, or bad filter combos (i.e. a National Park that is also a KOA). Turn off all filters and see if the behavior continues.

As I said in my post, the campgrounds go away with or without filters.

Did not have the memberships listed as I did not want to limit my choices. Finally discovered that it can only work with two filters so I had to narrow it down to full hookups and pets allowed. Really would like to add pull thrus but that makes it go back to no cg's shown. The program needs a whole lot of work.

RVTW works with several filters. Instead guessing what you have set please send a ticket to support so we can look at your trips.

I believe I have enough functionality to make the plans I need to make. Never thought that three filters would bog it down but I think further experimenting will get better results. First program I ever met that was that finicky. Thanks for the steer.
