Trip Setting Changes
I am having a heck of a time making changes in the "routing & driving" tab under Trip Settings. When I click save, I get the error message that "one or more fields are invalid." I have gone thru each tab and can't for the life of me see any incorrect fields. Under the General Tab there is an orange ! next to Units (which I have set to Imperial), and changing this doesn't seem to do anything. I've also gone into the User Default Settings, which does allow changes, but those changes aren't transferring over to the trip settings. Any thoughts or ideas is greatly appreciated.

You may need to scroll down, there are more fields that might not be visible depending on your screen magnification. Also, make sure you aren't unnecessarily adding commas or other notations (i.e. lbs for weight)

Thank you for your comments. I have reviewed all the fields, scrolled to the bottom as that is where the "save" button is, and it seems the trip wizard automatically adds commas for any entry over 999. I have tried to remove those with no luck. Hmm...

Remember, changes to default settings do not go "back and fix" existing trips ... they only come into play on new trips ... they "default" in to the new trip. (I guess some settings might come in to play on an existing trip; but only for things added after the change to the default.)

Well shoot! I deleted my current planned trip, logged out of the Wizard, logged back in and made sure the default settings were to my liking. I started a new trip, it asked for my starting point then opened up the trip settings. I went to Routing & Driving, saw that the Driving Time Estimates were set to Use My Average Driver Speed. I changed it to Use Routing Engine Estimate as is noted in my default settings, clicked Save.....and got the same error..."One or More Fields are Invalid." Changed it back to Use My Average Speed, clicked save...got the same error. I then exited out of trip settings entirely, went back in, did not change a single field, clicked save....and got the same error AGAIN. Thinking this is a bug, but it seems I'm the only one experience it :(

I have the "one or more fields are invalid" issue too
I have this same "one or more fields are invalid" issue. I've tried everything that you and others have noted above.
Have you figured out how to resolve it?

It might be good to go back to your Default Settings and review those and make sure they save correctly. Most people do not scroll far enough down on the Routing and Driving Tab.

Having the same issue. I have scrolled all the way down...there is no more scrolling to be done.
There is some comfort in knowing I am not the only one.
Curious if others are using the "manually input my RV info" option?

I just figured it out (in my case!)
In the "RV Info" tab, near the bottom, FUEL CAPACITY must be a number of 200 gallons or less. In my case, this would be inaccurate as my rig carries 300 gallons of fuel. Unfortunately, it doesn't tell you which field is incorrect, but when I lowered the field to 200, the trip was once again able to save.
Admittedly, I'm surprised you all travel around with tiny fuel tanks - so tiny that RVTW can't even fathom the possibility that someone might have more than that (100 gallons is quite a bit more!)
Glad I figured it out, though!

Ahhh!!! I had the fuel capacity over 200 as well. I haven't had a chance to test it, but I'm assuming that may have been the issue. Good catch!

Note to developers: get rid of the low fuel capacity limit or at least change it to a value that will not cause these issues, like 1000 gallons. If you are determined to ensure that users don’t enter “invalid” quantities, then trigger a pop up at some value that asks for a confirmation.
