I select Print from the Tools and nothing happens. I have pop-ups set to Allow. Any suggestions?

How does one get support for RV Trip Wizard for issues like this?

Please Disregard. I now see that RV Trip Wizard opens a new web page to print. Gee, you would think they would tell you.

Safari made a change a while ago and a lot of strange things are happening.

Here is the standard solution:
Click on Safari on the upper left of your screen to open the drop-down options and choose Preferences. Make sure "Block Pop-Up Windows is unchecked. Then click Preferences. From the menu, choose Security. Make sure Block pop-up windows is NOT selected. If it is selected, click it to deselect.

I have no idea if this will change things for the better.

Try a different browse. I should have mentioned that before. Sorry. If that doesn't work report the problem and tell RVTW in your ticket tell them what you did. I believe if there is no resolution the problem will need to go to a second level of support. You might find me at the other end but there are several of us who are Help Desk.
