I believe this is a Schwintek slide system it has two motors on the top of each side of the slide and a control box somewhere in the unit. The motors can get out of sync, to re-sync them you need to fully extend the slide and hold the switch for a few seconds after it is out, then retract it and again hold the button for a few seconds, this should re-sync the motors. Also do not stop the slide mid cycle.

A little late to the party but your slide controller is behind the bottom drawer across from the dinette. Open the big cabinet below the sink and look to the left, you'll see it on the floor.

Thanks for all replies, looks like I just had to cycle slide about 5 times and make sure not to stop mid cycle to reset motor synch.
