Took our first extended trip to the Oregon Coast from our home in Stanley Idaho. Traveling mostly in daylight. Then one night we were on the road in the dark and to my surprise I had Stop and Turn signal lights and NO tail lights and NO clearance lights. When at the dealership before heading home to Stanley Idaho the camper had all lighting shown and working. The seven pin Connector in mt F-350 had never ever given us a problem on the previous camper. Now with funky 6 pin Northwood proprietary connector and adapter cable....What the heck the rig is NEW and we don't live near the Dealership.....Anyone elseexperience this failure....??? Seems I have a lot troubleshooting to do. I am NOT impressed with a brand new 2025 Arctic Fox 990 having an exterior lighting Issue.

Sorry you are having problems but I'd recommend getting out the test light before you jump to conclusions. Do you use electrical contact cleaner? Light problems are common from my experience and most of them are from dirty contacts at the plug.
It could also be dirty contacts on your trucks plug and not the camper at all. I've had my Northwood Mfg camper for over eleven years and zero issues with their 6 prong plug. You do realize that many campers have proprietary plugs, even the largest Lance.

The problem could also be on the truck side. There should be separate fuse, circuit for power to the trailer lighting. Using any RV requires one to have some tech skills and to bale to do some troubleshooting and have a meter available. As you will also be dealing with battery systems consider getting a multi meter that also has a clamp on amp meter.

So far no blown fuses. Cleaning connectors didn't help. Tail and marker light voltage at the Connectors....Problem on board the Camper I think. Still don't like the Northwood 6 pin adapter from the standard 7 pin. Too many connectors leads to resistance and Voltage losses...I think.
