You should be able to call the AF factory and get an answer to your question. They have been less responsive lately, but hopefully they will still help out. Try your dealer or any other AF dealer next. There is a control box for the slide somewhere that you need to locate if it's not the slid switch itself.
I tried a new switch same result. I located the box which has a fuse that is good and a couple of relay switches that are soldered to a circuit board. I will take it to a rv dealer today see if they can test it.
