Nash 2002 5th Wheel questions

New here! We're might be looking at a 2002 Nash 5th Wheel, 23 foot. I think the model is 8527RBH. Anyone here own one of this vintage? They say there was a leak and it's been fixed, but there's also a pic of the interior ceiling that is drooping, so not fixed on the inside. The rest looks decent, but I know how photos always look better than in person! The price is pretty low, so it makes me wonder, an auto dealer is selling it, so no history on it.

Walk away. If the ceiling is sagging it has had some serious water intrusion damage. Be patient and you will find another trailer without these problems.

Thank you. That was my main concern.
