In many states the only trailer that may be legally towed behind a 5th wheel RV trailer is a boat trailer-providing you stay within the total length limits.

In addition to checking which states it's legal to tow behind a trailer, you may also wish to contact Northwood to find out what tongue weight that towed trailer can have.
I saw a manufacturing video for another Northwood brand (Outdoors RV) that mentioned 250 lbs on the rear hitch.
