74 flatnose headlamp switch shorted?

I am having trouble tracking down a tail light short and am looking at the headlamp switch next after exploring the harness at the rear of the coach. Everyhting has been gutted so I have excellent access.

Anybody have a tail lamp short and what was the root cause you found? Also looking for the replacement part number.
