I have a 78 Slantnose that is still on the road. Everything works, runs great. [Mod Edit]

Apparently my Revcon is still on the road. I just heard from the owner today. He had a small problem I was able to help him to resolve. So it is alive and well. Glad to know it is still out there and being driven.

My wife and I just completed a 900 mile, 5 night trip to Joseph, OR and Wallowa Lake State Park. The Revcon performed beautifully.

on road,, ,well, could be...

My 1978 is still running and road-worthy. It needs some minor things, primarily a right side windshield and right side exhaust manifold gasket. It is registered, drivable, and mostly functional.. .also it is for sale, as we decided to upgrade to a newer coach as we plan some long-distance travel. It is available in Sacramento, CA area, asking $7500.

Revcon on the Road

My Revcon is very much on the road! I’m picking it up next week from mechanic who is making it road ready!

St. Croix State Park

This is possibly the quietest campground ever, we can hear acorns hitting the ground and since its during midweek, maybe 5 out of 50 sites are occupied.

15 miles of dirt roads getting here, hasn't rained in weeks, could barely see my Honey sitting over there. Employing a high tech air exchanger (piece of cardboard out the window funneling fresh air in) made it tolerable. Even the toothbrushes were dusty.

Valiant attempt to sneak out of the park via an unmarked road/trail - fail.

I have aquired a 1971 Revcon 250 and I am currently working on it here in Walnut Creek CA. Getting it roadworthy has been a bit of a challenge, but so far nothing insurmountable.

We all wish you well. The number of new buyers has certainly dwindled. What kinds of things have you done so far?

So far, I have replaced the converter/charger, replaced the fuel gauge sending unit and replaced the interior lights with LED lights. Next up is going through the brakes and transmission/drivetrain.
