Is your RevCon still on the road?

Checking in to take the pulse of RevCon owners out there.

I have yet to see another RevCon operational here on the road in NorCal in the 2 years that I was renovating and now camping in "Flatnose Frank".

I did see one in a backyard off the highway up near Sacramento as I was heading back from Mt. Lassen (but alas, rotting).

Who's still on the road in their RevCon?

Hello from Minnesota!
I have a 1976 Revcon. I don’t know much about it but my wife and I bought it for $800.00 two years ago. Pretty much all original just slowly upgrading items as we go.

Im not sure how to add photos but here is a link to a couple photos.

Hey there Brad and all. We are out in ours almost every other weekend. Based in San Diego county, we were at Carlsbad beach this weekend , Guajome in Oceanside last weekend and Lake Morena and Lake Skinner in Temecula in January. Lots of what we call daycations! Jeff

Boondocking last weekend in the middle of the desert, way off any real road. Found the one tree to use as shade. Nobody even close by. So quiet, and beautiful starry skies. Great area for riding dirt bikes. Now that’s not where you would expect to find an almost 50 year old Revcon!

Fantastic! Great to see that regal old rig purely in it’s element. I am looking forward to doing similar some time.

I have not seen a Revcon on the road in 3 or 4 years, so sad. I know they are out there lurking about. I have owned 2 over a 30 year span, last one a 1983. When the main gas tank fell out, going down a turnpike in Pa, 2500 miles from home, I lost my confidence in Revcon! But it was a fun ride.

I don't know if my Revcon is still on the road or not. I sold it a couple of years ago. I kept in touch with the new owner for a couple of years, but I've not heard from him in about the last year. Seeing as any older motorhome breaks, and I've not been asked to provided any new tech support, I assume it has been parked.
