The lower section is actually black, just a crappy photo. It won't match perfectly, the wheels are more of a satin finish while the black on the camper is glossy, but whatever. Eventually she'll get a paint job.

Ah, I realize now. For whatever reason when looking at the photo, i was seeing Cream and brown, rather than silver and black. I've seen other photos of your coach that are obviously silver, but for whatever reason, when I looked at the photo, I misinterpreted the light color.

Finally got the new tires in, all mounted up. With the proper offset on these wheels, I was able to ditch the 2" spacers on the rear and still have plenty of clearance, and now the fronts sit out where they belong instead of tucked way into the wheel wells.

You should notice an improvement in ride quality, getting rid of the rear spacers. That reduces the unsprung weight by a significant amount. I know when I swapped into aluminum rims and got rid of the spacers in the rear, there was a noticeable improvement that could be felt from the front seat. Even so much so, my wife noticed it. You still have steel rims, so you've not reduced it as much, but I still suspect it will be noticeable.

The wheels are aluminum alloy. Even with the larger sized tires, I think I'm saving 10-15lbs per wheel, plus the weight of the rear spacers. The spacers were aluminum also with pressed steel studs, so they don't weigh a ton, but still a few pounds.

I removed the heavy steel spacers in back when I converted from drums to disks...those things weighed a ton.

Interesting. My spacers were steel and were quite heavy. I didn't know they ever used aluminum. That must be something they did later on.

No, the aluminum ones I added. When I took off the drums, I was having a hell of a time getting the stock steel ones separated. I was in a hurry so I said screw it and ordered aftermarket aluminum spacers to use with the discs.

Ah, I didn't realize you converted to discs. My disc conversion was after I had already switched to aluminum rims. The pain with the steel spacers was not taking them off so much, but rather re-tapping the lug holes in the drums for studs. Hand tapping 64 holes was insane.
