RevCon window parts list - Flatnose models

A fellow RevCon renovator asked about the parts and sources I used to re-seal the sliding coach and driver/passenger windows in Flatnose Frank so I thought I'd provide them here. Mine is a 1972, but I assume all Flatnoses to 1977 are the same (but...assumptions).

As far as a DIY, this part of the project was a pretty time-consuming challenge, but very rewarding. Be careful, I broke one of my windows in the process and could not get an exact replacement for the glass. I remain an amateur glazier.

Fuzzy channel (all around windows, what they slide in) - Note that this channel is a tiny bit too big. It works, but some windows are tight. (I assume they will loosen up with time)

These are NOT OEM parts (those don't exist. AFAIK), but based on my research and experience with 8 windows, they work.

So I have located another option that I will go with for the fuzzy channel. AS152896 - CRL 96" Flexible Flocked Rubber Glass Run Channel for Universal for Buses and RV Windows This one has the right dimensions of 7/16" x 7/16". Hoping that will solve the too tight you spoke of. Also found the glazing vinyl in black ( I also am going with black frames) GC722BLC - CRL Black Glazing Vinyl 9/32" Channel Depth 1/4" to 19/64" Metal Opening - 100' Roll The Fuzzy pile weatherstrip is available also through CR Laurence FS7716C - CRL .160" Pile Height; .187" Backing Width Finned Weatherstrip - 100' Roll

The items that I am striking out on is the filler strip that accompanies the fuzzy channel and glazing vinyl to seal the extrusion from water and dirt. It is like a flat topped seal that fits into the 5/16" and 7/16" track. did you just reuse yours or did you find a source for that?

Nice finds on the black seals. Yes, I didn't find those seals center section seals, so I cleaned and re-used the originals.
