You're braver than I am! There's not enough money in the world to make me take my MH into Mexico!

Have a blast! The people down there are fantastic! Cabot used to be our second home. Your money goes a long way!

Does anyone know good overnight rest areas when heading down from Laredo to Mazatlan? We do not travel at night, and six hours is " pushing it", especially in Mexico. Has anyone made that trip recently??

I would not ever go to Mexico in a RV. Just paint a big target on it. I am sure there are many that go often with no issue, good luck to them. The news out of Mexico is that of escalating violence.

I'm glad that there are groups of you guys willing to challenge the click-bait news and head down there. In a few years, I'll be able to join you. In the meantime, please let us know how it goes!

I "might" be going next year to follow my son who entered into the Baja races. Can someone point out to me what I need to do ahead of time to prepare and actually make the trip? Kinda scary, so I want to be as safe as possible.....Thanks!

You would be surprised on how many RV places run off their own well. Filtered and ready to go
