We traveled 99 from Cache Creek to Whistler and Vancouver in a 40’ diesel pusher. I would not call it dangerous, but the smell of hot brake shoes did follow us most of the way. I would not try it at night or in poor visibility.

There is just one spot where you make a left to go under a railway bridge. Once you make the left, you realize that there is only room for one large vehicle at a time and you may have to stop and wait.

We arrived in Pemberton late in the day to find that the music festival was in full swing. So no campsites available, but the visitor center let us stay overnight.

Not sure I would choose that route again, but it was a “been there, done that” adventure.

adambilling, Denmark? Don't know where I came up with England. Apologies. We are now in Nova Scotia but still have lousy Wi-Fi. Your RV rental choice is very compact by North American standards. Built on a Ford E350 chassis with single real wheels, not duals. The body isn't much wider than a standard full sized van so there's lots of room in your lane. You won't have a slide out nor hydraulic levelling jacks so don't worry about that. You'll find it fine for your trip. Let us know how you did when you return home.
