Buy now or wait and see if Coronavirus drops RV prices

We were about to purchase a new 5th wheel and decided to wait thinking price drops a would occur as a result. We have a travel trailer and are all booked for the season. What is the general consensus about the pricing? Should we buy now or wait? Thank you.

I would be more worried about the places you booked being a waste of time to go to.With talk of state parks being closed, state borders possibly not sure it will be all that much fun.We canceled all our summer plans .I don't think anything to see will be open

Wow! There's a conundrum, for sure.
Who knows what will happen. Flip a coin, maybe?

For my money I would wait, I think.

There are so much happening right now that the entire world is in a state of flux.

Having said that are you really interested in saving maybe $5k as against getting on the road and enjoying the summer. Likely the dealer hasn't sold anything in the past 2-3 weeks and would be willing to deal right now.

Just my thoughts.

Remember to wash your hands.

if parks are closed and state parks are closed or limited,

you can bet dealers will have excess inventory and look to deal a bit.

but i think 60 days or less, no issues, but if it drags into summer say may...then it might be a great time.

we bought ours in early 09 when markets were dead for class a and got it for a song

i have three i am watching now to see if they move any. we dont need a new one, but you never know

Interest rates will be falling also. We are looking at some other purchases and that is what we are waiting on.
