And this is really good news!
Not wanting to be the broken record, but... if you're medically able to take the vaccine, please do so.
My 2nd Pfizer dose is scheduled for April 8.

Recent announcement out of VA. This means that the spouse no longer has to be a VA recognized caregiver to the Veteran. Wonderful news, but my local VA is only giving the Pfizer vaccine, and due to the type of vaccine, my wife is holding out for the J & J . . . .I wish she'd just get the first one she can get! Anyway, progress is being made anyway. . .
All Veterans, their spouses, caregivers can get COVID-19 vaccinations from VA
All Veterans, their spouses and caregivers can get COVID-19 vaccinations from VA under the SAVE LIVES Act signed into law March 24.
Covered individuals can receive a vaccine from VA due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, including Veterans who are not eligible to enroll in VA health care.

As we learn, vaccines will be made better, quicker, safer in the future. The Covid 19 is not the first vaccine made and it will not be the last. For the future, our lives will be made better with vaccines. Except for just letting nature run it's course, it's really all we've got.
Same here, we both have had our Pfizer shots and had nothing but a sore arm and a little tiredness the day of the shot then felt fine the next day no other reaction.

Our youngest daughter who is 30 had her first Pfizer shot back on 3/19. Outside of some soreness in the shoulder for a day or two she said it was otherwise a non-event.
The DW got the single-dose J&J this morning around 10am. So far she has experienced an extremely sore arm - much more noticeable than the flu shot. By noon she was feeling very tired which has continued on into this evening.
I spoke with a former coworker this afternoon who also got the single-dose J&J this morning and they indicated minor soreness for an hour or so and that's about it. Her father who is 90 also got his second Pfizer shot this morning and apparently nothing to complain about from him. His comment was he didn't feel anything so were they sure there was actually something in the syringe?
I'm not quite eligible yet but based on announcements this afternoon I should be able to get mine starting 4/15. It's been interesting to see the wide range of reactions being reported and clearly one person's experience is no guarantee that it will be the same for any other person. Our oldest daughter and her spouse get their first doses of Pfizer later this week so we'll see how they do.
