Easy to Read State Charts - Increasing or Decreasing

This is updated daily. It will be interesting to see the differences after 2 or 3 weeks from when the states opened.

Cool charts, thanks.
Interesting tidbit from an article published by one our local news stations. A researcher at Oregon Health and Sciences University has found that there were 13 different introductions in Oregon of the SARS-CoV-2 over the last two months.

The link worked for me using both Google Chrome and Firefox.

Take care,

I live in CA, I find this chart interesting. The one thing it doesn't show is number of test vs test positive. LA country is performing apx 25000 tests a day, so i would expect the number to go up slightly. the problem is the test they are using will only mark if you have or had the virus not if you are currently infected.
Basically you could have had it months ago but will still test positive

Granted they have high number of cases per 10,000.
Not surprising giving their living conditions ---- generations living togther, no running water, limited medical services etc.
As a 'Sovereign Nation' the Elders should be making better attempts at improving those conditions

Flagstaff Medical Center/Hospital is a hot bed of COVID-19 treatments

I never gave it much thought, but looking at the map, that would be a tough place to make a living. Without running water, I understand why thereís a high number of C19 cases. It would be hard to wash your hands for 20 seconds if you have use water hauled from who knows where.

Excellent Data points - Issue is many places have provided no Data - the blank spaces!

Native Americans have been hard Hit and Continue to be hard hit.

This is one of the better maps - wish I could zoom into the areas i needed to see.

Thanks for providing the link,

Appears that Delaware is in for some issues as people leave NY and NJ, heading south, to the Shore for the Summer.

Colorado also is having an issue along the Foothills - as they may be getting Stir Crazy - very active group - and the weather is also variable pushing them out then back indoors.

Those two areas seem to be the biggest concerns - Big issue for Me - We have a Beach House in Delaware - Family Reunion in the Summer? and Grand Kids in the Foothills. -

Thanks for posting this resource. I particularly like that is shows cases per capita. Total cases (which most sites show) is so misleading. I bookmarked this one.

Great link! I've been following a lot of the same data on the New York Times web site.
I will continue to be very cautious as restrictions are being lifted in Ohio and I fear that the number of folks getting the virus will increase. For higher risk groups, and we are due to age, folks should be very concerned.

agree. but what's also missing are illnesses. infection does not necessarily equate to being sick or at least being really sick. i'd like to see CV19 numbers look like this:

- total confirmed infections resulting in
- total confirmed illnesses resulting in
- total hospitaalizations resulting in
- total ICU admissions (ventillators) resulting in
- total deaths FROM, not WITH, CV 19

all broken down by age group. while not perfect (it doesn't account for those that get sick but don't seek medical assistance but then the current system doesn't either.) i believe this would be a better way to judge how we as a city, county, state, region and nation are doing.

IMHO - you will never find that. If you did it will be squeeed by the fact that there is no standard for the number and accuracy of the tests.

JMHO,
