9 times as many USA citizens as Canada.

USA 331 million

Canada 38 million.

Both country's have about the same land mass. 3.7 million square miles.

Social distancing in Canada is a way of life.

The parks I've been too in Florida are still mostly full like they would be any other year, but what's different is more Floridians are able to get in because so many Canadians cancelled. So the ratio of Canadian to Floridian is radically different than in other years, but the end result is pretty much the same.

It may be too soon to tell because December is usually a "special prices" month, like October and November, at least in Florida.

We were just north of Ocala, FL the week of Thanksgiving and the place had many, many people leave after the holiday. We're now in North Naples and there are several open spots. I had checked Winter Quarters Manatee in Brandenton a few days ago and they still had Jan-Feb spots available.

Most of the Canadians are absent from this park east of Yuma AZ. We've had a few Covid cases here so activities are on hold for two weeks.

I was able to make reservations last week for a quick week-long stay at Pelican Lake in Naples, FL the week before Xmas. I had several sites to choose from. I wasn’t expecting that, but am grateful for the opportunity.

In an Encore park in S TX. Maybe 40% full. Normally 75%. Many open sites. Canadians (very few) flew here.

South Florida is quiet. Maybe 50% full. I attribute this to the Canadian border being closed. However, coming down thru NC, SC and GA it was hard to find a spot. It seemed a lot of people had left their homes and decided to live in the fresh air.
