No option but full time RV during a lockdown.
I am hearing more about the possibility of a lock down in Colorado. A FedEx worker I know was given a special letter and ID to allow them to be on the road, and Denver's lock down goes into effect tomorrow at 5pm. This suggests a statewide lock down is imminent, maybe other states will follow. This is, of course, just speculation.
Has there been any discussion on what a full time RVer without any other living option can do if they don't have a Covid hall pass? Will we have to stay in place, ignoring the 2 week rule in the forest/BLM. Is this likely to only be in cities? I've really not heard much, but wonder of you have.
Covid has already cost me my business and living situation, would prefer not getting tickets on top because of it too.

First let me say that I'm sorry that you've been impacted so much from this.
Now for thinking outside of the box. This would only be temporary.
Since you have a RV already I wonder if you could work for Amazon for a while? There's a chance you could stay with the other RV'ers. It might help to minimize your losses during this tough time.

A full time RVer needs to find a safe spot to settle down for the duration. This isn’t the time to be traveling. There are still RV parks open. Find one and stay put.

Colorado state parks are still open and offering camping. I would get to one ASAP and hunker down to avoid a lock down.

I am a full timer and parked in central FL where all State Parks are closed. I had a volunteer position starting April 1st at a National Park with a free campsite. The NP called me yesterday and said don’t come we are closing. Now I am trying to find a place to go. I have a volunteer position in another NP for May and June and another NP for July, Aug and Sept. If they all close I will have to find somewhere to go and somehow how to pay the camp fees. I have So Dakota plates so if there is a travel ban I’m sure they will let me travel as if I am returning home. They won’t know I am a full timer and the address is just a mail forwarding service.

This might be a bit off-topic but one of the biggest issues facing a full-timer is the relative lack of storage capacity for fresh food. This is especially true if you don't have a residential fridge with a fairly large freezer. I was thinking that it might be a good idea to purchase a small, chest freezer to supplement your food storage. Many have locks and they could be kept outside if space is at a premium. Of course, this assumes that shore power is available.

This is becoming a serious issue with full timers and who could have predicted this 6 months ago. It was, however obvious by mid January. Now the question remains as to a solution.
I have a good friend who has just left Quartzite with the identical problem.
First of all and if possible find a base to park the rig. This of course may not be possible.
However, arrangements with family or friends may be an option. Keeping your distance of course.
Rent a corner from a restaurant parking lot. Or any other business that has or will be closed. Be nice now be neat and tidy as I know all RVers are.
How about a small corner in a farmers field? Not good for a heavy rig though.
BLM land is the obvious choice and there may well be an extension of the season.
These are just random thoughts and may not help, but it may start a thought or two.
To all full timers. I hope this helps. I wish you all the best in the trying months ahead.

FionaA,
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Hearing from others in similar situations allows us to better see the tragedy of this situation.
If I read your post right you are in Colorado. Amazon is looking for Full-time RVers to work in Colorado Springs. You can Google 'Amazon Jobs Near Me' and the application process should come up. One RVer shared that Amazon in AZ was allowing RV workers to park their rig on their parking lot during this crisis. Might be something to check out in CO Springs.
To me its strange that State Parks and National Parks are closing their RV campgrounds during this time that we are hunker down and keep our distance from others. Seems to me these campsites would be the better place to be for RVers than the Loves or P/FJ parking lot. JMHO
To all our fellow RVers - especially, Full-timers - We will make it through this, may a little poorer but we will make it through.
Stay save - Richard

If you move around every two weeks or so on blm and in the direction of SD you should be ok and heading for cooler summer weather. Most of the rv parks here in the San Francisco Bay Area have been designated shelter and will be staying open.
Best Wishes

Learn the details of the “Lockdowns”.
Most of these “orders/directives/policies” allow you to go to the grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, restaurants for take out orders, walk your dog, ride your bike, etc. Things change daily, but to the best of my knowledge, there are no travel restrictions within a state or from state to state.
The Weekend Warriors will probably all stay home, so full timers will have free reign on BLM land. BLM employees may also be understanding of your situation and be willing to ignore the 2 week rule.

OK thanks for all the input. I'll read and reread and see what I can work out. I truly appreciate all the kind comments.

Howdy!
For the first time in over thirteen years of fulltiming we are not traveling and staying put at our homebase until time this is over with. We have been looking for a freezer to supplement our ability to storm more and have had a difficult time locating even a used one. Every thing new is sold out even the used ones on like FB marketplace go within minutes of being listed.

We found a city park that has no intention of closing down, so as full timers we are going to hunker down here for at least 6 weeks. Traveling around is not a good idea right now

I applaud all full timers who are staying put in one location. Neither you nor I foresaw this being an issue for your lifestyle.
Food storage as mentioned is an issue. This won't work for all but a job site tool box maybe? It is lockable. Waterproof from rain, certainly garment proof. Down side it is heavy and bulky and would require a pickup or trail or to move. Also not cheap.. Would fit under a fifth front overhang.
The question that has us all wondering, how long will this last? We don't know. I have heard some wild estimates.
