Some Outdoor Industry Views on Covid 19 Impact

From Camping World:

"The first weekend in May “was the biggest weekend in our company’s history, period,” CFO Mel Flanigan said in the company’s May 7 conference call. “We feel good about where those trends are going.”

CEO Marcus Lemonis chalks it up to social distancing. “I don’t need to go to an airport. I don’t need to go to a hotel. I don’t need to go into a foreign country. RVs provide isolation, while allowing for people to be outdoors and be with their families,” he says."

Great, the Gov's wanted everyone to stay home. Now they know where to close down for better control of the surfs.
