The only country in NATO capable of turning back China, Russia. or North Korea should they decide they need your oil fields more than Canada does is the US. The only navy capable of preventing submarines from blockading your ports is the US Navy.

In 1812 Canada was not a sovereign country, it was part of the British Empire. Twice the British Empire armies came from the north and other places. Burning the White House was clearly an attack on the sovereignty of a small struggling republic by a massive empire.

The second Battle of Saratoga would have taken place the summer after Hitler defeated Churchill. The Nazi war machine would have cut through Canada like a knife through butter. The US was not prepared for with either Japan or Germany.

Critical thinkers thought the US was protected by isolation.

I am the the cow pie master! I know my stuff. Cow stuff, chicken stuff, pig stuff, and horse stuff. I have reference books

Many years ago when I was developing renewable energy in the inter mountain west I was know as the cow pie master. In many parts of the world cow pie are used for cooking and heating. Indoor air quality is terrible and water born disease is fatal.

The world is full of pathogen bacteria and viruses. The world is also full of beneficial microorganisms without which we would be up to our eye balls, in you know, stuff.

I can take those beneficial bacteria and turn cow pies into electricity and fertilizer. Not easy to explain to critical thinkers.

We are not fighting a war unless the war is with ignorance of the natural world.

I have been to Victoria BC and NYC many times. I think they are must see places.

Just because you are a critical thinker in a big city does not mean you have the slightest clue about how I should protect myself.

I think diverse beliefs are important. If fact I would be really scared if suddenly everyone started to agree with me. Both parties would approach me to be their POTUS candidate. They they would say I am such a great critical thinker, I should be King Kit the first to save the world.

Hell no, I just want to go sailing.

Is there risk? Same as last year and same as next year.

Asked my son to fly out from DC to go sailing. Hell no he is not getting on a plane right now. He reminded me that we had talked about going to Spain and Portugal this spring. Good laugh about that.

I basically see no additional risk for traveling by RV. If officials would provide a basis for that risk I might change my plans. Compelling me to do something with wrong.
