Tst 507

I just installed the TST 507 on all 10 of my tires. Installation was a breeze. So far, seems to be working flawlessly. I went with the cap type sensors rather than the flow through type that let you add air without removing the sensor. The flow through are just too long and would have made it nearly impossible to add air on my inward facing extended valve stems. Lately I've had problems with Amazon and some of their resellers. So, I found a vendor called "Mobilemusthave", a mom and pop family operation out of northern Michigan. They sell the TST systems at a competitive price with free shipping. Items arrived within a few days and no hassles. Now, I can't imagine not having a TPMS on my rig. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. Question, did you need to install the signal booster?

Yes, it came with the booster and was as easy as sticking it to a wall in the battery compartment, making two alligator clips and sticking them onto the house batteries. My battery box is near the front of the coach. When I'm not traveling I simple disconnect the clips. On one occasion, I forgot to attach the clips to the battery and I still was able to receive info on all 10 tires and I'm at 45 feet. But, the booster ensures you will always get consistent up to date information on all your tires.

RVI system

I use the RVI system for both my coach and my toad. I would say that i am 95% satisfied with it. It has a hub in the rear of the coach that helps connect it. I use the toad battery charging system with it. It gives me the the tire temp and pressure. That’s a plus some time it looses connection with a tire but will pick it up again, another negative is the battery cannot be replaced in the pick up. But they have a long life and replacement cost of second one is not bad you can uninstall them and it turns them off for longer life.
