ABS Light Staying On

I started up our coach last week to top off a tire that was slightly low on air. All the dash indicator lights went out except for the ABS light. This weekend, we were down at our campsite prepping for a trip to State College, PA this weekend. Once we had the coach road ready I drove it back and forth in the campsite several times but the ABS light stayed on.

I called the local Freightliner Service Center in town. The technician said that you need to get up over 15 MPH and higher for the system to complete its checks and the light to clear. There are no fault codes registering with the drivers info center or the Scan Gauge which the technician said as good.

What are you guys seeing and does this sound right?

My guess the fault code is the result of a loose, broken wire or a dead wheel sensor.

Update

So I drove the coach this morning. Sure enough I went not even 200 feet and the light went out.

Renegade RV, good to hear that the issue is resolved. My ABS light is also on after just moving it 100 feet. I hope that when I drive off tomorrow on our first trip this year the light will go out.
