Lithium batteries charging

Renegade Valencia 35MB 2022 with 3 dragonfly lithium batteries and 300 watts solar.
When we are connected to shore 50 amp for weeks, the victrom batteries monitor shows 58% SOC, but if we turn on the gen will charge them to 99% in a couple of hours. Same when turn on the solar controller. Why the ba are not charging from shore power? It’s a settting in the inverter or firefly that only allows the batteries to be charge when the volt drops to certain level?.

Not sure. The shore power and generator both provide AC power to the charger, which then charges the batteries.

My guess is that your 50 amp shore power is not 50 amp 120/240 volt power.
The rig is sensing 30 amp power and shedding the charging.

If your shore power is good, then check for circuit breakers off in the RV breaker panel. Even unused breakers need to be on so the load shedding system can work properly.

Problem was in the firefly settings.
Inverter charger set the float to 13.2 v to low for lithium. Ones I increased to 14.2 has been ok
