I would say the Hersey PA, or the Tampa FL show would give best results, they are the two biggest shows. Think North trail goes to Tampa show and Dylan's RV goes to Hershey. I would definitely check out to see what IWS can do, never dealt with them personally but hear many good things. Mine came from Transwest KC and was happy, they were also the original selling dealer as well, they got to sell one coach twice in just about a year.

Per Ben the owners (IWS) son they will beat anyone’s deal as long as it’s apples to apples comparison

Those RV "shows", unless Pomona, Tampa, or Hershey, are actually local multi-dealer "sales events", not manufacturer shows like P, T, or H. True, some manufacturer's reps might show up at some of the larger sales events on occasion (if there with one of the dealers), but mostly those events are for the local dealers to sell what they have on their lots.

The very end of the month for deepest discounts.
This time of year~last years models.
If you’re ordering new you can delete any options you want.
You’ll need to have the cost of deleted options removed from the cost.
Don’t be afraid to low-ball. Leave your number and walk away.
Be friendly but remember the sales person is NOT your friend.
Don’t be in a rush~download the NADA and use it!

Gr82thdr, We made our deal in November for a Feb-Mar delivery. 22% off MSRP. I was pretty much willing to walkaway and go to another dealer, but the dealer we purchased from agreed to the price. I am not saying who they are because their service is so bad I do not want to support them until it is fixed.
I found about IWS (Idaho) and SportTruck RV (AZ) later and wish I had known about them before I pulled the trigger.
We could not change the seating or dinette, so had an after market company-Bradd&Hall- replace them with Lambright Theater seats and a desk/table wall assembly for about $4500. Was more than worth it for us.
We purchased a custom made latex mattress from a small manufacture near our home in north TX. Again, well worth it.
Hope this helps. Be willing to walk away is the best advice. The coach can always be modified for the interior fixtures at a fairly reasonable price when compared to the coach total investment.

If your interested I have a 2018 Verona LE LTS with 9,000 miles for sale. This unit is like new. You would save thousands verses a new one. If you would like more information just e-mail me.

Does discount % vary between Renegade’s production models (Verona, Valencia, etc) and the custom models (XL, Classic, etc)? In other words, if dealers are typically giving about 18-20% off MSRP for production models off their lots, can the buyer who orders a Classic expect the same range of discount, or is it different ballgame with the custom models?

I know some dealers play games with MSRP on the custom units to hide the real discounts, so this may be a hard question to answer, even for a recent custom buyer...

If ordering custom, design the build with the manufacture and have dealers quote you a price. They are all submitting the same order for the same unit, the exact one you had custom spec'd out by the mfg. The manufactures design, spec and build. The dealers sell and if you are lucky or live close enough, provide service. Your eyes will open very quickly when you start to get quotes back. I have found there is no easier way to see an apples to apples comparison from dealer to dealer then getting a custom built coach quote.
