Don't know your specific model RV but generally, there are two. One is usually directly behind the refer in the form of electric/plastic valve, then another one under the sink where the water take-off is. That one is 1/4", brass, with a chrome handle. Milky white tubing snakes off from it heading in the direction of the refer.

The kit that's attached to the back or near the back of the refer can be OEM or after market kits so they can vary a lot. Just look for something hanging on or near the back of the refer that has the 1/4" tubing. Look for an electric valve. Make sure the electrical connections are tight.

Thx for the reply, unfortunately there is no access to behind the refer. Will have to pull it out to access. Also did not find under kitchen or bathroom sink the ice maker water line. Guess there is somewhere the water line connects to freshwater line but so far have not found anywhere. Will keep looking.

You don't give the particulars about your RV but I'd recommend you search your folder that came with it for drawings of your water system. If you don't have that, then you'll need to input your VIN # into google and go where that leads you. OR, enter the year, brand, & model number into google and try to find their books and drawings. Much of that stuff is online and available. I have over 100 links to items that I've found concerning my RV. And I have the folder that came with it too. Tons of stuff to do with the workings of the RV.

My Explorer is in storage but I believe it was at the back of the kitchen sink cabinet. Simple valve turn there from what I remember.

In case you haven’t got ahold of your dealer, our 2022 Valencia has a quarter turn valve in the cabinet above the fridge.

Have you checked there?
